Terms and Conditions

All sales are final; there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges if the event is post-poned your tickets will be honored for the new date & start time. No refund can be issued for a post-poned event. Certain internet orders may require manual confirmation; these are not confirmed until a Pickaticket representative has reviewed the order. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within two (2) business days.

We accept all major credit cards. All prices are in US Dollars ($USD).

All online orders receive an email immediately after the order is completed with the details of that order. If you do not receive that email, please check the spam filter on your email account or contact us.

If you are going to be traveling to another city or country for an event, please provide us with the contact information where you are staying; if you are staying at a hotel include your check-in date and name the room is under. In addition, make sure we have your cell phone number and any email address that you will checking while on the road. If you do not have this information at the time of the order email or call us once you obtain the information.

For E-Tickets delivery if we dont hear from you within 24 hours it is presumed you HAVE recieved your tickets. Your tickets will contain another name other than yours. THIS IS OK as they are purchased by one of our employees and are 100% transferable.

Items shipped via Federal Express will require a signature upon delivery.

If an event is canceled or there is any problem with an order we do require the tickets back to investigate the matter further.

PickaTicket sells tickets at market value not face value, so the price paid may not equal the price printed on the ticket. We are not affiliated with nor endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues or organizations listed on this website.
